I’m not getting reminders

Check Twist → Settings → Push notifications is on and shows “Allowed by iOS”. If it says “Blocked in iOS Settings”, tap Open Settings and allow notifications for Twist.

How do I mark a dose as taken?

Tap the tick on the right of the dose on the Today screen, or tap Taken on the notification or Live Activity. Tap the card itself to skip a dose or change the time you took it.

How do I add the lock screen widget?

Long-press the lock screen, tap Customize, choose the lock screen, tap the widget area and pick Twist.

Will I lose my data when I update?

No. Updates keep everything. Your data is only removed if you delete the app, and it is included in your iPhone backups.

Is Twist medical advice?

No. Twist is a reminder tool. Always follow the instructions from your doctor or pharmacist.
